Give your kids the opportunity to develop design and problem-solving skills, that will be the foundation of their academic success.
Instead of lectures about boring programming stuff, everyone will have fun by actually building a simple game during the 2 day workshop, while learning the concepts and techniques needed for each step.
The game and related activities during the workshop encourage the entire group to work together, from deciding all the ideas for the game they are about to build, make all the artwork, and actually make it.
Rather than using drag and drop "blocks", in this workshop kids will use real tools and do real coding, starting with very simple tasks, and moving step by step at a pace adapted for the entire group to learn.
This is just the beginning. What is learned here, apart from covering the essential "where to start" steps, will trigger any kids curiosity to explore on their own, play around with what they built, and try more.
Let your kid learn how to code, in a fun way, by building a simple game from start to finish.

Any kids 8 or older are welcome. The pace of the entire workshop was adapted for those ages, but of course any older "kids" (parents) are welcome to join. In fact, anyone without any coding experience can learn.
This is a bring-your-own-laptop workshop. Both Windows or Apple laptops will be fine. This workshop is not designed for iPads or any kind of tablets. A laptop is required. All the coding software needed will be provided.
